Your journey at IA Colorado begins with your current level of Knowledge and Practice of Islam. When you start with us, you will meet with the Educational Process Manager to determine the appropriate academic level for you, as well as the study materials according to your goals.

At IA Colorado, you will find everything you need from the beginning of your journey until you become a Dayaa, if that is your goal.

IA Colorado offers an Academic and Practical path consisting of two major Studying Phases:

Phase 1 - Empowering Phase
 
  • The Empowering Phase starts from the very beginning in 3 stages (Foundations, Middle, and Senior) 
  • Each stage of these three has 3 grades (total 9 grades for the whole phase)
  • Each grade is divided into 2 levels. 3 months per level (including a 1-week break and in-person activities).
  • That means The Empowering Phase has a total estimated time of Four years and a Half. 
  • Each level ended with a passing exam and ceremony.
  • Students must achieve 80% of the level exam and in-person activities to pass to the next level. 
  • By the end of this phase, students will be effective individuals with the Islamic knowledge and skills needed to live by Islam.
  • This Phase is open for all ages level from 5 years old to 65 years old and above. (no age limits). 
 
Empowering Phase Courses and Curriculum: 
 
  • Empowering Phase courses were created to support Muslim individuals in facing life's challenges as guided by Allah. 
  • Our curriculum developers create courses to fit different ages (ages 5 and above).
  • It is not just about memorizing topics and subjects; it is about living and demonstrating Islamic behavior.
  • During the Empowering Phase, students will study:
    • Quran ( Memorization - Reading - Understanding).
    • Hadith.
    • Islamic Ethics and Etiqates.
    • Prophet Muhamed Biography (Serah).
    • Companions Biography.
    • Jurisprudence of worship (Fiqh).
    • Belief and faith (Aqidah).
    • Arabic Language (Reading, Writing, Understanding). 


Phase 2 - Launching Da'yaa
 
  • The Launching Da'yaa Phase is advancing Islamic education and activism. 
  • Launching Da'yaa Phase has 8 grades with 2 levels per grade.
  • Standing is 4 months per level (including a 1-week break and in-person activities).
  • That means The Launching Da'yaa Phase has a total estimated time of 5 years and 4 months. 
  • Each level ended with a passing exam.
  • Students must achieve 80% of the level exam and in-person activities to pass to the next level. 
  • During this phase, students will gain the knowledge and understanding to become comprehensive Muslim leaders.
  • This Phase starts from age 18 years old to 65 years old and above. 

Launching Da'yaa Courses and Curriculum: 
 
  • Launching Da'yaa courses were created to founding the Da'yaa who can guide the community to Allah. 
  • It is not just about memorizing topics and subjects; it is about living and demonstrating Islamic behavior and guiding others to have Islamic life and behavior.
  • During the Launching Da'yaa Phase, students will study:
    • Arabic language (reading - writing - speaking)
    • Sciences of the Qur’an   التفسير و علوم القرآن
    • alzuhd walraqayiq   الزهد والرقائق
    • Monotheism  التوحيد
    • Fiqh of biography of The Prophet فقه السيرة 
    • Islamic history  التاريخ الإسلامي
    • Hadith  الحديث 
    • Science of Hadith مصطلح الحديث 
    • Fiqh and Comparative Fiqh    الفقه المقارن 
    • Fiqh of Muslim minorities  فقه الأقليات المسلمة
